My name is Annie (she/her), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I hold a certificate as a Domestic Violence Counselor and have spent many years supporting youth involved in the foster care system. I also work with neurodivergent individuals—including those with ADHD, Autism, and sensory processing differences—supporting emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and navigating a world that often misunderstands them. I value co-creating a trusting and supportive space where you can develop greater emotional awareness, process unresolved pain, build healthier more secure relationships all while feeling aligned with your values and goals. A safe, supportive space can make all the difference in navigating life’s challenges, create deeper healing, and foster growth. Together, we’ll uncover strengths, build confidence, develop skills and work toward meaningful change.
My holistic approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, shaped by years of experience working with survivors of violence, young adults in transition, and youth involved in the foster care system. I value being strength-based, person centered, and utilize mindfulness and behavioral therapies to support goal setting and skill building.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, AND it is also an act of courage and self-care. If you are ready to begin your journey or simply have questions, I would love to hear from you. Thank you for your time.
